Crowder Powder Perfect Mac & Cheese

Mac & Cheese That’ll Make You Slap Yo’ Mama

Ayo… gather ‘round, cause I’m ‘bout to introduce y’all to some disrespectful-ass mac & cheese.

This ain’t no boxed, powdered-cheese, struggle meal BS. We talkin’ that thick, creamy, triple-cheese, gooey-in-the-middle, crispy-on-top kinda mac that’ll make your auntie throw her pan in the trash and rethink her whole Thanksgiving lineup.

And you already know what’s slidin’ into the mix—Crowder Powder, baby. We hittin’ it with that M.V.P. All-Purpose Seasoning so every bite got that salty-sweet, garlicky slap with just the right lil’ kiss of heat. 🧀🔥

Whether you servin’ this at a BBQ, cookout, or just eatin’ your feelings on a Tuesday night, this mac ‘n cheese gonna f#@k up your whole plate—in the best way possible.

Let’s get into it before your mouth starts doin’ things in public.

 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 stick unsalted butter

  • 1 tbsp Crowder Powder MVP (Meat & Veggie Powder)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Boil that pasta: Cook the macaroni until it's al dente. Don't overcook it, we ain't making mushy noodles here. Drain and set aside.

  2. Make it creamy: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the milk and heavy cream until it's warm. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then slowly add them to the milk mixture, stirring constantly.

  3. Cheese it up: Gradually add all the shredded cheeses to the mixture, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with Crowder Powder MVP, salt, and pepper.

  4. Combine: Mix the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni until every noodle is coated in that gooey goodness.

  5. Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the mac & cheese into a greased baking dish. If you're feelin' fancy, sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top for that extra crunch. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Pro Tips:

  • Want to kick it up a notch? Add some cooked bacon or jalapeños into the mix.

  • Let it rest for 10 minutes after baking. I know it's hard, but patience is a virtue, my friend.

There you have it! A mac & cheese recipe so good, it'll make you wanna dance like nobody's watching. Give it a try and let me know how it turns out!
