MVP Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients (Party bowl, serves 6–8)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack

  • 4 fresh jalapeños, diced (seeds in or out — your call)

  • 1 tbsp Crowder Powder MVP

  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits (optional but recommended)

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix the Base:
    In a bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, Monterey Jack, diced jalapeños, MVP seasoning, and bacon if using.

  2. Transfer & Top:
    Spread in an oven-safe dish. In a separate bowl, mix panko with melted butter. Sprinkle on top for that crispy vibe.

  3. Bake:
    Bake at 375°F for 20–25 min until hot and bubbly. Broil last 2 min for extra crunch.

  4. Serve:
    With tortilla chips, crackers, or straight on a burger bun if you wild like that.
